GWBHarthills are a specialist law firm looking to recruit two enthusiastic and motivated full time Legal Secretaries.
The successful candidates will support the Childcare Department through a wide range of secretarial duties including preparing and managing large volumes of complex documents, typing, management of diaries, dealing with clients over the telephone and in person, and all other aspects of administration. Previous experience in a legal setting assisting Partners and Fee Earners is essential.
Applicants must be able to prioritise work effectively, work to tight deadlines, input information quickly and accurately, be confident in use of email, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Software.
Salary is dependent on experience. No agencies.
