ISSUES OF CONCERN/PLO MEETING WITH SOCIAL SERVICES
Sometimes social services ask you to come to a meeting and ask that you bring a solicitor to this meeting with you. This meeting is called either an Issues of Concern Meeting or a PLO meeting.
You will receive a letter from social services asking you to come to this meeting with your own solicitor. We can come to these meetings with you and help and advice you throughout this process
If you are a parent or have parental responsibility for the children then you will get legal aid and so it will not cost you anything for us to help you.
